- Use Templates for agendas and artefacts.
About our projects
Our projects combine principles from design thinking and agile delivery, adapted to the realities of agency work, fixed budgets, and complex stakeholder environments. This approach separates learning and contextualising, decision-making, and delivery into distinct phases. By focusing on outcomes and scope before committing to detailed solutions, we reduce risk, support realistic resourcing, and protect agility where it matters most (during design and build) while avoiding over-specification too early. We have Checkpoints at the end of each phase.
